Since
1953, the Federal Criminal Investigators Association (FCIA) has served the needs of the federal investigative community. Today,
more than ever, America demands the best from Federal Law Enforcement Professionals who must constantly adjust to changing
technologies, new enforcement strategies and a criminal element that is increasingly sophisticated and violent. The mission
of FCIA is to ensure that Federal Law Enforcement Professionals have the tools and the support network to meet the challenges
of future criminal investigations while becoming more community oriented.
Constables are officers of the Tennessee Judicial System
who are sworn and bonded peace officers with full powers of arrest. Constables are charged with keeping the peace and with the enforcement of the laws of
the state, county and its cities. While their powers as peace officers are valid statewide, their activities are generally
conducted in the county in which they were elected. The purpose of this site is to seek out constables who are interested in cooperating with local, state
and federal law enforcement in order to provide the citizens of Tennessee affordable law enforcement and to provide a training
and communication network between constables and other members of law enforcement.
Supporting
the Private Investigations Profession through Education, Marketing support, Equipment resources, and Networking forums.
The National Association Of Investigative Specialists is an American trade association of private investigative
professionals that focuses in on marketing investigative services, developing new investigative techniques, providing training
programs for those in practice or those wishing to enter the profession, developing positive media coverage of the investigative
profession, acting as a center for case referrals and positive publicity referrals to members, and providing the overall membership
with group buying power.
The
Association of Christian Investigators (ACI) is an organization designed to provide an environment in which an investigator
can create meaningful and long-term relationships with other investigators who share common interests outside of the professional
bonds. When the additional burdens of running a business, government controls, employee problems and similar situations are
added, we feel that the investigator should have a "God-Centered" outlet. The ACI provides members with the opportunity
to share experiences, praises, problems and news through the ACI newsletters. In addition, local Chapters are being organized
to facilitate monthly meetings in a non-competitive atmosphere to help the investigator.
